This year McFarlin will be hosting a Christmas Eve Service at Food and Shelter for the friends of the shelter at 6:00 pm. After the service we would love to be able to hand each friend a backpack full of items. We are shooting for a 100 backpacks to be given and would love for each backpack to contain the following:
- New or Gently Used Backpacks
- $5.00 McDonald’s Gift Card
- (travel size only): Shampoo/Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion, Hand Sanitizer
- Men’s Socks
- Gloves/Hat/Scarf (winter)
- Travel-sized Baby Wipes
- Toothbrush
- (travel size only) Toothpaste
- Travel Sized Kleenex
- Chapstick
- Q-tips
- Wide Tooth Combs
- Candy
- Gum
- Mints
- Batteries (AA and AAA)
- Earphone Headsets
All Items can be brought to Pastor Matt Franks Office. Please try to have items to Pastor Matt by Dec. 22nd. The Youth will be packing the backpacks at the Sunday School hour on Dec. 22nd.
