So here it is my Provisional Year 3  Checklist

•          On-site visit by District Superintendent and submission of Addendum DS – Year 3
•          PPR/SPRC Assessment for Ministry Year 3
•          Mentor’s Report to the Conference Board of Ministry
•           Residency Group Annual Review of Provisional Member
•           LEAD Seminar(s) and Reflection Paper(s)
•           One sermon with manuscript, bulletin and 3-6 evaluations.
•            Completed Doctrinal Examination Questions (no longer than 28 pages) plus bibliography
