Wedding Officiant
As an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, I have the sacred privilege of officiating weddings and walking alongside couples as they begin their lives together. I work closely with each couple to create a ceremony that reflects their unique story, values, and hopes for the future—whether in a church sanctuary, an outdoor venue, or an intimate setting. My approach is thoughtful, spiritually grounded, and inclusive. I am proudly LGBTQIA+ affirming and celebrate love in all its beautiful and diverse expressions.
In addition to officiating, I offer spiritual coaching to help couples prepare for marriage—exploring communication, shared values, and the sacredness of their commitment. It is my joy to help couples craft a meaningful ceremony and lay a strong foundation for their life together.
I don’t have a set fee for weddings. What matters most to me is that you, your partner, and your loved ones have a meaningful, joy-filled celebration that truly reflects who you are. I know every couple’s financial situation is different—some are just starting out, some are more established—so I simply ask that you offer a gift that feels right to you.
Over the years, I’ve received all kinds of thank-you gifts—from a case of beer to cash to a weekend getaway—and each one has meant a lot to me. I’m honored to be part of your special day and grateful for whatever way you choose to show your appreciation.
