   what a cute, childish, amateur piece of propaganda to promote anti-government ideals. i remember watching this cartoon when i was a young child, at an uber-christian, uber-conservative, private elementary school. this cartoon does a fantastic job of discrediting the idea of checks and balances–the system that protects you, me and citizens of this great nation from an empirical government restricting the freedoms established by the constitution. but, jeez, that little piece of paper *strikeout* bill is really happy when it becomes a bill, promoting safety of a community’s children.
